Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in our area and the recent stay-at-home order, City Park Animal Clinic has decided to adjust our schedule. We understand that this has affected everyone in several ways and our goal is to limit the risk of exposure but to also continue caring for our patients and clients. We will now be open Tuesday's and Thursday's for emergency procedures and appointments only from 8:00am to 4:00pm until further notice. Our staff will still be able to answer your calls on these days, however if you need any medications or food please go to: https://vetsource.com/pet-owners/. Vetsource is our online pharmacy that we love and trust, and all of your orders get shipped directly to your door. If you feel that your pet has an immediate emergency, please call the Veterinary Emergency and Rehabilitation Hospital at 970-484-8080. We also recommend the CSU Teaching Hospital or Four Seasons for emergencies. For other urgent concerns, please call our after hours phone at 970-420-7095. A staff member will be carrying this phone all hours that we are closed and it is intended for concerns that we can schedule on Tuesday's and Thursday's. Please do not call this phone number for medication refills or food requests to ensure that our staff are not overwhelmed with phone calls and to allow us to be available for the urgent concerns. This will ultimately limit the time we (and you) are away from home during this time.
We are unable to do vaccines and wellness exams at this time, but we are happy to give you a call when we can schedule an appointment. All appointments will be scheduled based on urgency, availability, and doctors discretion. If we are unable to schedule you on a Tuesday or Thursday for an in-person appointment, and there is a question / concern for your pet, please call us at 970-224-2929. We will be offering virtual appointments with our doctor, Jessica McGowan. If we do not answer, please leave us a voicemail and we will get back to you. You can also email us at email@example.com.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but thank you for your understanding and patience as this is a difficult time for all of us.
